7. All drawings submitted for permits are required to be "wet stamped" by the architect <br />and/or engineer. Provide 2 sets of wet stamped drawings. <br />8. Provi�e lateral calculations prepared by engineer of record for foundation modifications. <br />9. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 18" below the finished grade. <br />10. Provide landing on both sides of all entrance/exits. (Front entry requires landing outside <br />of structure). Landing sliall be not more than 1�/z" below the finished floor, 36" <br />minimum in the direction of travel and at least as wide as the stairs (36" min. clearl. <br />11. Provide guard detail for the stairs outside the east side of the house. Include baluster <br />placement, handrail size and placement. <br />12. Show how master bedroom addition on main floor is supported to the foundation. <br />13. The 10'-3" x 5'-6" shed is located in the side yard setback and therefore is in violation of <br />the zoning code. The shed can be moved so lhat it meets the minimum 5'-0" side yard <br />setback or it can be demolished. <br />14. Provide minimum R-99 insulation in attic. Show on plans. <br />15. Specify U-value for all new windows and doors. <br />16. Specify safety glass in hazardous localions as defined in Section R308 IRC. Show on <br />plans. <br />NOTE: Please be advised that Jan Meston will be sending a separate leeter for the <br />historical revieva.
