Variances <br />from the building setback requirements and tho maximum <br />expansion of 25°� of the existing floor area are granted. These <br />permits are granted subject to the conditions as set forth herein. <br />Second Baptist Church, 2801 Virginia Avenue, Everett, Washington (Applicant) request=d <br />approval of an Expansion of a Non-Conforming Building Permit at 2801 Virginia Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington (subject prooerty). In addition, the Applicant, as part of the same <br />project, requestec a varia�ice frc n the building setback requirements of the City of Everett <br />Zonir.g Code snd a variance from the maximum expansion of non�:onforming buildings. It <br />is the intent of ths Applicant to expand an existing church structure st 2801 Virginia <br />Avenue by an additional 2,166 square feet. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Fxaminer of the City of Everett on <br />November 17, 1994.
