THE FENCE WON'T ALLOW THE CITY TO WORK <br />HERE. <br />WE SHOULD OBSERVE RUN OFF AFTER THE ABOVE WORK IS <br />COMPLETED TO INSURE THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED TILL A PER- <br />MANENT FIX IS IN PLACE. <br />THE CZTY PLANS TO CURB AND GUTTER CALIFORNIA AND PAVE <br />THE ALLEY NEXT YEAR WHICH WILL SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS <br />PERMANENTLY. <br />THE NATIONAL GUARD IS NOTIFIED THAT THEIR ROOF WATER <br />MUST BE DIVERTED TO THE CITY SEWER TO AVOID THIS COL- <br />LECTION OF WATER RUNNING IN A STREAM INTO OUR BASE- <br />MENT.
