Success is defined as 80% survival of the planted trees and shrubs in the restoration area with less than 25% of the planting area consisting of non-native species. 4. If this situation persists into the next inspection, a meeting with the City of Everett, the property owner and Wetland Resources, Inc. will he scheduled to decide upon contingency plans.
