AUG l 31985 <br />CITY OF E�'ERETT, _ _'__ <br />Planning Dept <br />August 13, 1985 <br />CITY OF <br />Mr. Dale Good everett <br />4712 West View Drive PUBLIC WOPai DEEM'!! <br />Everett WA 98203 1px CED.-". .. <br />EVEPEfT W&N"'.,',: <br />hear Mr. Good: <br />Because you are presently building without a permit and in defiance of <br />a Stop Work Order, you are in violation of Section 205 of the Uniform <br />Building Code. <br />Article 16.04.130 of Volume II of the Everett Municipal Code amends <br />Section 205 by the addition of the following language: <br />Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions <br />of this Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each <br />such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each <br />and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any <br />of the provisions of this Code is committed, continued, or per- <br />mitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by <br />imprisonment for not more than six months or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. <br />For the purnose of determining the date your violations began (the date <br />of posting the Stop Work Order) July 18, 1985 will be used. <br />Very truly yours, <br />ALFRED R.
