Apply for Building permits and oceply with City Cods by removing <br />the portion of the struoture ancroaobing in the side yard. <br />2. Obtain a varianoe from the side yard requirement and then <br />apply for building permits to complete construction. <br />Enclosed are the "Application Instructions" for requesting a variance if you <br />wish to pursue Alternative 2. <br />Please notify us in writing by 3eptenber 3, 1955, as to what you inteuc to do <br />to comply with City code.
