Dale Good <br />4712 West View Drive <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />Dear Mr. Good: <br />Re: Application for V;.riance 026-85 - Request for <br />Postponement of February 3, 1986 hearing. <br />The above +application for variance for side yard setback has <br />been pending since August 1985 when a Stop Work Order was <br />issued for a garage that was being constructed without <br />obtaining building permits and in violation of the zoning code <br />sideyard setback requirements. The City, at that time gave you <br />two alternatives: <br />1. To apply for building permits and comply with City <br />Code by removing the portion of the structure <br />encroaching in the side yard. <br />2. Obtain a variance for sideyard setback and then <br />apply for building permits to complete <br />construction. <br />The City has already given you ample time to complete your <br />application, but will extend the time to complete your <br />application to February 10, 1986 and will reschedule the Board <br />of Adjustment hearing for March 3, 1986. <br />If we do not have the survey information necessary to complete <br />your application by February 10, 1986, enforcement action will <br />begin. <br />Sincerely, <br />Da n1a I..
