CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of <br />Everett Board of Adjustment on the date indicated below for consideration of <br />the following: A request from Dale Good at 4712 West View Drive to obtain a <br />variance to allow a double car garage to remain that is five feet si) inches <br />from the side property line on the southwest corner and angles to fire feet <br />two inches from the side property line on the southwest corner instead of the <br />six feet required by City code. In addition, the eaves of the structure would <br />extend to within two feet eight and one-half inches cf the side lot line <br />instead of the three and one-half feet required by City code. <br />General Location: 4712 West View Drive <br />Zoning: R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential <br />Variance Requested from E.M.C.: 19.14.050 (B) and 19.42.040 (C) <br />Public Hearing: March 3, 1986, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201 <br />PUR^OSE OF MEETING: To take public testimony.
