City Responsibilities <br /> The City of Everett will perform the following tasks associated with EnvisionEverett: <br /> 1) Provide all printed materials and any refreshments for committee meetings. <br /> 2) Manage meeting logistics such as room arrangements and videotaping of meetings. <br /> 3) Collect and manage any public comments that are submitted throughout the process. The <br /> city will distribute comment "packages" prior to each meeting. <br /> 4) Design the final "EnvisionEverett 2037 Vision" report. While Margaret will write and edit these <br /> reports, the city will be responsible for final graphic design and printing. This may include the <br /> insertion of photos or other graphic elements, the use of color, etc. <br /> Estimated Costs for Margaret Norton-Arnold: <br /> Ten hours per week for 25 weeks, 250 hours: $48,750 <br /> Expenses: OneHub@ $30 per month for six months: $180 <br /> Total Estimated Costs: $48,930 <br />
