After being closed to <br />H <br />unauthorized entry, the building and premises shall be maintained free <br />H H <br />of such items. <br />to <br />0 l7 EAVII. <br />The building shall be kept secured from unauthorized entry and since it <br />9 � <br />is uninhabitable in its present condition it shall remain vacant until <br />y y <br />such a time as it is demolished or repaired in accordance with the <br />O y <br />current Building Code and other applicable codes as adopted by the City <br />of Everett. <br />VIII. <br />If the requirements set forth in paragraphs IV, V, VI, and VII above <br />are not complied with, the City of Everett will order the building to <br />remain vacated and proceed to cause the work or demolition to be done <br />and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owners. <br />IX. <br />Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building <br />may appeal from the Supplemental Notice and Order to the Housing <br />Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is <br />required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett <br />Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of the service <br />of this Supplemental Notice and Order.
