The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to the Internal Revenue Service, Attn: Lien Desk, SPS <br />Mailstop 244, P.O. Box 1729, Seattle, WA 98111. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 371 was <br />returned to me on January 21, 1992. <br />5. The return receipt was signed by Wesley W.
