On January 15, 1992, I mailed, via certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, a copy of the City of Everett <br />Planning/Community Development Director's Notice and Order <br />to The Bank of Northshore concerning abatement procedures <br />against real property which they have interest in and is <br />situated at 1801 Wall Street, Everett, WA. <br />3. The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to The Bank of Northshore, 10304 Main Strcet, Bothell, <br />WA 98041. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 373 was <br />returned to me on January 21, 1992. <br />5. The return receipt was signed and dated January 17, 1992. <br />IAN G.
