f <br />'[AN0G AND <br />OA MUN/TY DEMOPAIENT <br />October 25, 1991 <br />Mr. Paul Stocker <br />2933 Wall Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />RE: 1801 and 1805 Wall Street <br />Dear Mr. Stocker: <br />Snohomish County records indicate that you are the owner of the following <br />legally described property: <br />Plat of Everett Land Co's First Addition, Block 685, Lots 9 & 10 <br />Commonly known as: 1801 and 1805 Wall Street. <br />An inspection of the structures located at the above addresses reveals several <br />deficiencies which are detrimental to the public, as defined in the Uniform <br />Housing Code. These conditions are considered sufficient to declare the <br />buildings to be substandard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on the enclosed report. The <br />deficiencies are sufficient to cause the buildings to be posted "Illegal to <br />Occupy." Since the buildings are uninhabitable in their present condition, <br />they shall remain vacant until such time as they are repaired in accordance <br />with the current building Code or demolished. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
