RE: 1805 Wall Street, Everett, WA <br />Legal Description of the above referenced property is as follows: <br />Lots 9 and 10, Block 685, The Everett Land Company's First Addition to <br />Everett, as per plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 20, records of <br />Snohomish County; <br />EXCEPT the East 35 feet thereof; <br />Situated in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />I. The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director has <br />found the building which is located on the above described property to <br />be in violation of the Uniform Housing Code. The following deficiencies <br />render the building to be substandard and/or dangerous pursuant to <br />Section 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1805 WALL STREET <br />1. The house has been heavily vandalized and severely damaged by fire. <br />2. The deck of the front porch has been ripped apart, leaving a large <br />open area approximately 4 feet by 10 feet which drops directly <br />into the basement of the house. <br />3. There are holes in the floor of the house which drop directly into <br />the basement. <br />/.. Glazing is missing from windows. <br />5. Exterior doors are missing. <br />6. Steps on the front of the house are rotted deteriorated and <br />dangerous. <br />7. The roof of the house is rotted and has been partially destroyed <br />by fire. <br />8. The chimney is deteriorated. <br />9. Steps on the back of the house are missing. <br />10. There is no guard rail for the back porch which is more than 30 <br />inches above grade. <br />11. The interior is full or trash and deb�.•is. <br />12. There is trash and debris on the exterior premises. <br />13. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. <br />14. The building is open to the public and is a hazardous nuisance to <br />inquisitive minors. <br />-2- <br />
