RE: 1805 Wall Street, Everett, WA Legal Description of the above referenced property is as follows: Lots 9 and 10, Block 685, The Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett, as per plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 20, records of Snohomish County; EXCEPT the East 35 feet thereof; Situated in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington. I. The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director has found the building which is located on the above described property to be in violation of the Uniform Housing Code. The following deficiencies render the building to be substandard and/or dangerous pursuant to Section 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: 1805 WALL STREET 1. The house has been heavily vandalized and severely damaged by fire. 2. The deck of the front porch has been ripped apart, leaving a large open area approximately 4 feet by 10 feet which drops directly into the basement of the house. 3. There are holes in the floor of the house which drop directly into the basement. /.. Glazing is missing from windows. 5. Exterior doors are missing. 6. Steps on the front of the house are rotted deteriorated and dangerous. 7. The roof of the house is rotted and has been partially destroyed by fire. 8. The chimney is deteriorated. 9. Steps on the back of the house are missing. 10. There is no guard rail for the back porch which is more than 30 inches above grade. 11. The interior is full or trash and deb�.•is. 12. There is trash and debris on the exterior premises. 13. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. 14. The building is open to the public and is a hazardous nuisance to inquisitive minors. -2-
