15. The building remains on the property in excess of six months from <br />the date of issuance of a demolition permit. <br />16. The building is a hazardous nuisance and is considered danger•ius <br />to the health, safety and welfare of the public. <br />II. The above described building shall either be repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />III. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the present Uniform Building Code or demolished. <br />IV. If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the <br />current Uniform Building Code, all required permits must be secured <br />therefore, and the work physically commenced within sixty (60) days of <br />the date of this Order. All work must be completed with ninety (90) <br />days of the date of this Order. <br />V. If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits <br />shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this <br />Order. Such demolition must be completed within sixty (60) days from <br />the date of this Order. <br />VI. If the required repair work or demolition is not commenced within the <br />time set forth in Paragraphs IV., and V., the City of Everett will <br />order the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building <br />to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or <br />its owner. <br />VII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building <br />may appeal from the Notice and Order to the Housing advisory and <br />Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the <br />Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett Planning and <br />Community Development Director within thirty (30) days from the date of <br />service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a <br />waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination of <br />the matter. <br />VIiI. On 4 , at 8. 3 O �e e , the Planning and <br />Commu ty Develop ent Director will submit a Resolution for demolition <br />of bu lding located on the property to the City Council, City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington, if this Notice and Order is <br />not complied with. <br />DATED this day of /11992. <br />City of Everett <br />Planning 6 Community Development Director <br />ljw <br />-3- <br />
