The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to Joseph P. Mardesich, 28513 Covecrest Drive, Palos Verdes <br />Peninsula, CA 90274. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 381 was <br />returned to me on January 21, 1992. <br />5.
