Mel <br />indicated there was no problem with the County on this but Jim <br />Jodock, PUD, stated they needed an easement from the County to be <br />there, even on a temporary basis. He stated that plans had not <br />been changed for the Carnegie Library but they will temporarily <br />serve the Library overhead until excavation work is completed. <br />No further questions arose and the meeting was adjourned.
