We have not received a <br />negative response to the items discussed (rain water drain lines, <br />utility lines, planter, and door swing in the public way) and are <br />'L� proceeding with drain pipes and utilities in the public way as <br />u.�i.l1l <br />discussed. These items will in no way interfere with the sidewalk or <br />street. In addition, construction of the building is proceeding as <br />designed with the planter wall on the east side of the building <br />projecting beyond the property line. <br />Thank you very much for your, assistance and cooperation during the <br />course of this project.
