We have not received a <br />negative response to the items discussed (rain water drain lines, <br />utility lines, planter, and door swing in the public wav) and are <br />proceeding with drain pipes and utilities in the pubiic way as <br />discussed. These items will in no way interfere with the sidewalk or <br />street. In addition, construction of the building is proceeding as <br />designed with the planter wall on the east side of the building <br />projecting beyond the property line. <br />Thank you very much for your assistance and cooperation during the <br />course of this project.
