Door =S203 is a 11-hour rated assembly per previous <br />ICBO review and resulting change order. <br />Item 42, 3 & 4: will comply. Change order required. <br />Item =5: Ducts from kitchen exhaust hoods shouldn't have dampers. <br />Therefore a separated shaft will be required at the mechanical <br />shaft located at grids 8-D. Change order will be required. <br />Item =6: Okay. Duct floor penetrations at the mezzanine floors are <br />acceptable as designed. <br />Iten =7: Garage exhaust intake grilles should be located as low as <br />possible to exhaust heavier than air fumes and auto exhaust. <br />HNTB will investigate and provide revised intake locations. <br />Item r8: Okay. <br />Item ;#9: Okay. Fuel oil pipes design will be reviewed by HNTB. <br />Item 410: Combustion air openings will comply with Section 602 (a), 1979 <br />Uniform Mechanical Code. <br />= Item #11: Okay. Note: Subsequent conversation with Frank Natsuhara <br />indicated tFat a separate machine room will be required for <br />the chillers because the chillers have refrigerant condensing <br />units built in. HNTB will investigate and resolve. <br />Item =12: Okay. Exhaust outlet for the garage is acceptable as de- <br />signed. <br />All items requiring revisions will be processed by change orders as soon <br />as possible. The City of Everett Building Department should receive <br />copies of all change orders in order to be kept fully informed of <br />construction progress.
