All future expansions of the Jail or Work Release facilities shall comply with the SEPA review procedures, the City of Everett Special Property Use Permit process, and all pertinent Fire and Building Codes. 28. That all facilities shall be constructed according to the site plan submitted with the changes noted in this report. 29. That any major deviations from either the approved site plan or the proposed use shall be reviewed by the Planning Director to determine if additional hearings must be held.
