Inc. Series 66 epoxoline
epoxy-polyamide coating system and the Pittsburg Paints
(Sweet's 9.9Pp) Pitt -glaze coating system meets the
Snohomish Health District's requirements. It should be
.noted that maximum performance and normal film character-
istics will be obtained after two weeks cure. Low
temperature and high humidity will slow the rate of dry
and cure. Allow the correct amount of time for this
;process.
ISubmit the material and construction specifications of
the trough device to be used under the unprotected sewer
lines in the kitchen. Prior to installation of the
drop ceiling, notify me for inspection of the trough
ldevice.
lIf there are any other significant changes or additions
Ito your layout or equipment specifications, the Snohomish
Health District must be notified prior to construction.
(Before an operating permit can be issued, an inspection
is required. This will insure compliance with WAC 248-84,
Food Service Sanitation. Please contact this office at
least one week in advance of your completion date for that
inspection.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 259-9537.
Very truly yours,
In
Lana Lee, R.S. 1
Environmental Health Specialist /
LL: dmb
cc: pCity of Everett Building Department
