'r <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT APPLICATION <br />MINIKJM REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST <br />Multi -Family Dwellings (greater than 2 units), <br />Commercial and Indu^trial <br />NOTE: Include this checklist with plan submittal <br />All applications to be completed in ink. Applications requiring SEPA review <br />may be submitted after SEPA review process has been completed. Fees: The <br />plan check fee is due when permit application is made; the Building and Public <br />Works permit fees are paid when the permit is issued. <br />I. The fullowing information shall be shown on the cover sheet of the <br />plan package: <br />XA. Occupancy group <br />/B. Type of construction <br />/C. Area of site <br />.-D. Area of building (each floor if more than one, and total area) <br />.,E. Occupancy load <br />-'F. Number of off-street parking spaces <br />II. Plot Plans. A total of seven (7) plot plans are required, including <br />osier a aEfached to the complete sets of drawings. Location and dimensions of all' existing and proposed <br />buildings, retaining walls and rockeries with setbacks from <br />property lines. <br />C. Identify and give dimensions for all property lines, <br />streets, alleys, public right-of-ways and easements. <br />D. Indicate all existing and/or proposed driveway approaches <br />and public sidewalks. <br />E. Show clearly original and finished grades, fill and/or cut <br />slopes, and preservation measures, such as retaining walls, <br />rockeries, plantings, etc. (For any fills a soils report <br />may be required. If soils report available, to be submitted <br />with application.) <br />F. Indicate existing and proposed drainage patterns on private <br />and on adjacent public properties. Provide detailed <br />drawings of pollutirii separation and erosion sedimentation <br />control facilities. <br />G.
