Plot Plans (continued) <br />t, Indicate location of all existing and proposed utilities, <br />including water, sewer and storm drainage. See City of <br />Everett Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications. This information may typically be provided <br />on the civil drawings. <br />I. Identify the existing edge of pavement for any adjacent <br />public roadways in relation to the property. <br />J. Indicate setback from the shoreline of any lake, <br />creek/stream (.including seasonal flows), bay or other <br />natural body of water that may be located on, adjacent to, <br />or within 100 feet of the site. <br />K. Provide north arrow and scale. <br />L. Plans to clear and concise. Prior submittal cf documents <br />will not be acceptable. <br />III. Construction Documents. Three (3) complete sets of documents, <br />including plot pan. Minimum scale is 1/8" = 110". All buildings <br />over 4000 square feet or more than 4 dwelling units require the <br />plans and specifications to be prepared by an architect currently <br />licensea to practice in the State of Washingtcn. Structural <br />calculations shall be submitted when requested. Floor plan with horizontal dimensions <br />C. Exterior elevations <br />D. Building cross-section(s) with vertical dimensions <br />E. Typical wall and stair sections and details <br />_F. Structural drawings showing member sizes and connections <br />G. Mechanical drawings <br />=H. Electrical drawings <br />I. Roan finishes and door types <br />�J. Specifications <br />IV. Copies of any permits/approvals issued by the Planning Department. <br />
