The County should consider the long term relocation of the main <br />entrance to the west end of the area shown for "Expansion" on sheet 2 <br />of the plans submitted to further integrate the Jail structure with other <br />County buildings. <br />18. If the County eliminates the 28 under -structure parking stalls, the <br />Transportation Division shall review such changes to insure that <br />adequate off-street parking is provided. Additional off-street parking <br />may be required as needed in the immediate vicinity of the Jail. If the <br />County eliminates the 28 under -structure parking stalls, the Applicant <br />should notify the City immediately of their intent to do so. <br />19. All construction worker parking shall be provided off-street and the <br />County shall communicate this requirement to all employees involved in <br />the instant project. A plan shall be submitted to the Transportation <br />Division indicating sites for construction parking and staging areas. <br />Those sites shall be of sufficient size to accommodate all construction <br />workers vehicles. <br />20. If the County expands the Jail to accommodate an additional 20 beds <br />for Federal inmates, a determination must be made by the Traffic <br />Engineer as to the adequacy of the Jail's parking facilities for this <br />increased level of activity. Any changes in the building envelope <br />necessitated by the addition of beds shall be reviewed by the Planning <br />Director. <br />21. All future expansions of the Jail or Work Release facilities shall comply <br />with the SE P '\ review procedures, the City of Everett Special Property <br />Use Permit process, and all pertinent Fire and Building Codes. <br />22. That any major deviations other than ones which have been noted in this <br />report from either the approved site plan or the proposed use shall be <br />reviewed by the Planning Director to determine if additional hearings <br />must be held. <br />23. When the Applicant receives budgetary approval for sewer, sidewalks, <br />easements and detention ponds for the proposed structures, they are to <br />re -apply for a hearing on these items. The hearing shall be heard before <br />the City of Everett Hearing Examiner who shall make the final <br />recommendation on the said requirements to the Everett City Council. <br />The Applicant shall be timely in their application for the additional <br />hearing. <br />Entered this 16th day of July, 1982, pursuant to the authority granted under <br />Ordinance #692-80 of the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br />JAMES M.
