Having considered the petition <br />and reviewed the record, it is hereby ordered that the recommendation dated July 16, <br />1982, be amended as follows: <br />23. When the Applicant receives budgetary approval for sewer upgrading and inter- <br />ce for fees, sidewalk improvements_, easements and detention fund contributions <br />Item 3-6 and 11 of the Final Staff Re ort to Hearin Examiner, they are to <br />re -apply or a hearing on these items. T e Hearing <br />shall be heard before the <br />City of Everett Hearing Examiner who shall make the final recommendation on <br />the said requirements to the Everett City Council. The Applicants shall be <br />timely in their application for the additional hearing. <br />24.
