Notes to Applicant: <br />1. If a variance is approved, building pertnits are required and must be obtained <br />within one year from the approval date after which the Board of AdjustmenPs <br />decision shall cease to be effective. Prior to the expiration date, a writte� <br />request for a six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning Oirector. <br />2. If a va�iance is approved, an applicatfon may be necessary for a steep siope <br />alteration if the proposed structure is located within 25 feet of a steep slope <br />area. Section 37.040 of the Zoning Code defines "steep slope" as any area <br />which has a 4tl"/o slope or greater. Prior to permit approval lhe grade of the <br />subject slope must be delineated, and a site plan must show the location of <br />the proposed struclure with relalion to the top of lhe slope. <br />3. A copy of this order must be submitted by the Apalicant when applying for <br />building pertnits. <br />4. Downspouts for the rooftop runoff shall be direcled to splash blocks which <br />divert lhe rw�off away from the steep slcpe on this site. <br />5. The new driveway apron on Federal Avenue shall be limited to 20 feet in <br />width and shail be installed as per City of Everett standards. The driveway <br />shall be paved with portland cement concrete or asphalt cement concrete <br />hom the back edge of lhe sidewalk to lhe garage entrance (no gravel <br />allowed). <br />S� <br />
