Mr. Royce's report also <br />indic�tee that you have been formally informed of such violations of <br />the aoain� requiremente oa March 18. 1971 and on Juiy 2, 1971. <br />Mr. Roqce's recent inveatigation into thie eituation reveals that <br />you are etill ln violation of the zoning requirementa. As Mr. <br />Royce apecitied in his Notice o[ Mnrch 16, 1971. Section 15. 04. 440 <br />of the Everett City Code apeciEies the following: <br />"Any peraon. firm or corporatton who violates, <br />disobeys, omitA. neglecte or refuaes to comply <br />with, or who reaiets the entorcement of any <br />of the provisione of thte Ordinance, ahall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, snd upon <br />conviction thereof ehall be fined not more than <br />$100. 00 or imprieoned for a term not exceeding <br />30 days, or both, for each se�arate offenae. �ach <br />day tl�at a violation ia permitted to exist shall <br />conatitute a separate offenae.
