I feel I am under an obligation to <br />take appropriate atepa to see that your pmperty is in compliance <br />with the ioain� code of the City ot Everett. Since it ie my intent <br />not to create undue hardahip on you. I will allow you thirty (30) <br />daqs from the date of thia letter for you to remove all openly <br />stored bueineas materials and equipment from the areas, ihie <br />includea the alleywaye and all adjacent properties. If the above <br />aoning violationa are not rectitied atter such thirty (30) day period, <br />I will aseume that you will deaire our office to proceed on a more <br />tormal baais and take epeciilc en[orcement action in this regard. <br />Although I regret that I muet take theae stepe, I do not see any other <br />fcasible niternative to resolve this zoning situation.
