I have some concerns about the impact of converting a single family home into a social service agency They refer to the use as an office, but there is a lot more going on there They will be using the facility for clessus for immigrants and for collecting food and clothing to ship abroad. The six parking spaces in the front of the building would mean multiple cars backing out into Walnut Street, which is a very busy area. The impact of many vehicles and trucks going in and out of the alley to load and unload the supplies would also have a negative impact nn the residential nature of the neighborhood I can see a repeat of some of the problems we have previously had in locating such "ministry" facilities which provide social services. They often see their mission as being important enough to override impacts or neighbors and it is very difficult to regulate which activities oncur onre a permit N issuer
