MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Steve Ingalsbe, Planning Department <br />FROM: Engineering/Public Services Department <br />DATE: July 24, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Review Process I M9-96 <br />PROPOSAL: Conversion of a residence into an office (Light of Hope Ministry) <br />LOCATION: 1826• Walnut <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br />comments/conditions should apply: <br />1. The existing back -out parking along. Walnut is not consistent with current design standard, it <br />has appeared to function satisfactorily for some time without impact. <br />2. If the parking arrangement becomes a safety issue in the future or street asphalt surface is <br />lowered in the future, the owner may be required to modify the width of access by <br />installation of a new concrete driveway to City standard. <br />KO dyco* .R' <br />
