The City of Everett Building Official has found the building on the above <br />described property to be substandard and may endanger the life, limb, health, property, <br />safety and welfare of the public. The following deficiencies render the building to be <br />substandazd pursuant to 3ec. I001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />I. The building on the property has been severely datnaged by fire. <br />2. AIf vital systems such as, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been <br />destroycd. <br />3. Windows or doors have been destroyed. There is a question as to the <br />sWctural integrity for portions of the building Ihat has been destroyed. <br />4. The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance to <br />inquisitive minors in the neighborhood. <br />5. The premises on the interior and exterior are littered. with trash and debris. <br />II. The Building Official has found that the building on Ihe above described <br />property may cndanger the life, heal[h, property or safety of the public and is rendered <br />dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, <br />Sec. 302, noting the following: <br />I. Portions of the building are likely to become detached or dislodged, or <br />collapse and thereby injure persons or damage property. <br />2. The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to such <br />buildings provided by the building tegulations of this jurisdiction, as <br />s�cificd in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by Ordinance <br />of this jurisdiction relating to the condition of buildings. <br />3. The building is an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />4. The building has bcen IeR in its curmnt condition in excess of six months. <br />5.
