The City of Everett Building Official has found the building on the above described property to be substandard and may endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety and welfare of the public. The following deficiencies render the building to be substandazd pursuant to 3ec. I001 of the Uniform Housing Code: I. The building on the property has been severely datnaged by fire. 2. AIf vital systems such as, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been destroycd. 3. Windows or doors have been destroyed. There is a question as to the sWctural integrity for portions of the building Ihat has been destroyed. 4. The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors in the neighborhood. 5. The premises on the interior and exterior are littered. with trash and debris. II. The Building Official has found that the building on Ihe above described property may cndanger the life, heal[h, property or safety of the public and is rendered dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, Sec. 302, noting the following: I. Portions of the building are likely to become detached or dislodged, or collapse and thereby injure persons or damage property. 2. The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to such buildings provided by the building tegulations of this jurisdiction, as s�cificd in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condition of buildings. 3. The building is an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. 4. The building has bcen IeR in its curmnt condition in excess of six months. 5. The building is in such a condition as ro constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence.
