If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance with Ihe cutrent Building Code requirements, all required pemtits must be secured therefore, and the work physically commenced within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. Al! work must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. V. If the owners elect to demolish Ihe building, all required permits shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition must be completed within sixty (60) days from the date of this Otder. VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept secuced from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished and removed from the property. VU. If the requirements set forth in Pazagraphs III, N, V and VI above are not complied with, the City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building to be demolished and chazge the costs thereof against the property and/or its owner. VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Unifortn Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal wi11 constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination of the matter. IX.
