Several deficiencies were noted during the inspe::;ion which are sufficient to declare <br />the building to be substandard pursuant to the Uniform Ho��sing Code, and may be declare the <br />building to be dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the public pursuant to the Uniform <br />Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by the C:ty of Everett. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are: <br />1. Glass is missing from windows which allows exterior elements to enter the building <br />2. The roof and siding and rotted and faliing from the building. <br />3.
