Conclusion: Granting this variance will not adversely <br /> affect the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby order that the variance as requested by the Applicant <br /> be G12ANTED and further require the applicant to meet the following <br /> cond:�tions. <br /> 1 • ubtain all necessary building permits and comply with all <br /> other code requirements including but not limited to a five <br /> foot side setback and height limit of fifteen feet. <br />
