The <br /> applicant is proposinq to construct a separate 528 square <br /> foot tvo car qaraqe in the rear yard area with access off <br /> the alley. <br /> 0 Th� zoninq code was amended in January 1988 to limit the <br /> sia� of accessory structures to 10 percent of the lot <br /> c � i: � erea or 1000 square feet whichever is smaller. The variance the applicant is <br /> requesting is minor, being only a 73 increase over what <br /> the code allows. <br />
