Additional. venting <br /> is needed undec the kitchen and across to the nocth side of the <br /> building. Cov>r the crawl ground area with 6 mil polyethylene <br /> (plastic) lapping the joists at least 12 inches. <br /> All foundation work and new floor framing called out in this item to be <br /> performed in compliance with the requirements o.f the Uniform Euilding <br /> Code, 1985 edition. <br /> $ <br /> 2, Wood Walkway (north side) Stair & Concrete Landing Repairs (south <br /> side) Wood walkway on the north side. Add a treated 2 x 8 <br /> hem-fir alongside the existing ledger agai.nst the building and <br /> alongside the existing 2" x B" ledger fastened to the walkway support <br /> �osts. Add treated 2" x 8"s , one on each side of the 2" x 6", running <br /> in the center of the walkway. Support new buiit-up beam at each end. <br /> Renail the 2" x 4" decking to the new ledger joists. <br /> t+lood stairway on the south side. Place 3-1/2" thick concrete <br /> landings at the top and bottcm of stair, making the landings at least <br /> �' 0" wide and 3' 0" long. 'Cie landings into existing walkways. <br /> Concrete landing at the entrances into unit pl and the storage room. <br /> ReJnove this concrete and plac�=_ a 4" thick (minim�nn) c�ncrete slab in <br /> its place. R�n a #10 wiee mesh in the new concrete pad. A step dow„ <br /> in the slab is acceptable.
