Tape and spackle entire room leaving a light textured finish for owner to paint. New east bedroom. FUrr out along the east concrete wall with treatec' 2" x 4" studs un 16" centers leaving =pace between the wood and the concrete. Insulate between these studs and all opened up exterior walls with R-11 batts. Frame in new closet as indicated. Rnise overhead pltmibing and gas lines and re�nove; all old heat system piping only as necessary to frame in a new drop ceiling at the 7' 6" height. Insulate between the c�rop ceiling Eraming with R-11 uatts. Cover all bedroom ceiling and walls with 1/2 gyps�nn walli�oard, tape and spackle with a light texture Einish for owner to paint. Install prefi�iished mahogany bifold doors with hardware complete in new closet opening. InstalJ. 2' B" room entry door off ha'_lway and a new 2' 6" exterior steel door in outside opening.
