Add four plywoa3 shelves in new <br /> linen closet and install a 2' 0" interior door complete. <br /> New bathroom. Fbllowing the rertnval of existing cabinets and <br /> appliances along with the new work called out in other items, remove <br /> remaining piping and cover the ceiling and walls with 1/2" G.W.B. and <br /> tape and spackle, leaving a light texture finish for the owner to <br /> paint. Install new 2' 4" bachroom door. ndd Frivacy latch. <br /> More doors. Remove the rear entcy door '�to t}te building hallway and <br /> also the rear entry door into unit �_ an i inst�:ll new exterior 3' 0" <br /> steel doors. Remove the front entry door into unit #1 and install a <br /> new 2' 8" exterior stee� door. Both unit #1 entry doors to have peep <br /> holes. Insulate all water lines <br /> in crawl. Replace all galvanized ,teel waste lines in the building <br /> crawl space with plastic, making good solid connections to the caste <br /> iron at one er.d and then to the galvanized steel oc caste iron lines <br /> coming c�o•.m out of the walls. Plwnber to note that new lower drop <br /> ceilings will be going into unit #1 bedrooms (2) . Some existing .lines <br /> will have to be raised as well as some removed as described in spec <br /> item #4. Note also there are shur.�ffs which have to be dealt with. <br /> Ifiit #1. Rough plumb in both the water (hot and cold) and waste lines <br /> to the new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. See drawing for locntio�is. <br /> Sto:age area behind the new bathroom. Install water and waste lines, <br /> in a loc:ation as directed by the owner, for future clothes washer. <br /> Provide shut-offs. <br /> All new faucets to be washerless single J_ever, Delta or equal. All new <br /> plumbing Eixtures to be "P." grade and competitive styling.
