10. Special chazga for connection to che sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance <br /> 1171-85 and subsequent rovisions are applicable. These chazges are based on projected water <br /> usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encounged to obtain a copy of the Ord. and <br /> deternune estimated chazges prior to building permit application.
