3. A camplete section showing all conswction segments of the ASW including the wall <br /> to foundation, wall to floor, and wall to attic conditions should be provided on the <br /> plans. <br /> 4. As wood fiaming has been chosen for the sucrounding structure, differential <br /> settlement caused by the disparity ben+'een the shrinkage of the wood, and non- <br /> shrinkage of other materials within the ASW(if utiliud) should be detailed. <br /> 5. Every door penetradng an area separadon wall should be shown in plan and cross- <br /> referenced to the door and :�azdwaze schedules to be a three-hour rated automatic- <br /> closing fire assembly. Section 504.6.2 <br /> 6. 'fhe requirements of automadc-closing fire assemblies should be stated on the plans <br /> and tied-into the Hardwaze Schedule per Sections 713.2 and 713.6.1 <br /> 7. The area separadon wall should extend through the concealed roof space to the outer <br /> edges of the projected overhang. This should be detailed on the plans. Secdon <br /> 504.63 <br /> 8.
