We would intend to keep the character of the house intact, as it <br />features certain decorative features that are consistent with the date of <br />construction. In order to improve the facility for a law office, minimal <br />changes need to be made, and these are chiefly decorative; they are <br />installation of carpetiang and painting of non -wood surfaces. There is <br />space for parking located on the property, which is south of the house <br />and this needs to be graded for parking. <br />
