MITIGA <br />• DETERMINATION OFF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA 70-91 <br />REZONE / 8 - 91 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: To rezone the West side of the Block <br />bounded by Rucker on the West, 35th on the North and 36th on the <br />South to B-2, Community Business, to conform to the General Plan and <br />to allow offices and other B-2 permitted uses. The one existing <br />multi -family use and the one single family use will become <br />non-co-iforming.. The balance of the existing uses will conform to <br />the new zoning district.
