In addition to the buildings, parking <br />will be developed on -site and two underground 1,000 gallon fuel tanks will be <br />Installed. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on <br />December 19, 1989. At the hearing the following presented testimony and <br />evidence: <br />Don Wood, Planning Department <br />Jim Branstrom, Fire Department <br />At the hearing the following exhibits were submitted and were admitted as part <br />of the official record of these proceedings: <br />1. <br />Staff Report <br />2. <br />Zoning Map <br />3. <br />Location Map <br />4. <br />Narrative Statement <br />5. <br />Traff..c Generation <br />6. <br />Site ?Ian <br />7. <br />Elevations <br />8. <br />SEPA DNS #131-89 <br />After due consideration of `he evidence presented by the Applicant; evidence <br />elicited during the public hearing; and as the result of the personal <br />inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by the Everett <br />Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and conclusions constitute <br />the basis of the decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br />
