NO. 2) FOR APPROVAL OF I SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT SPU 9-89 DECISION: The Special Property Use Permit for the construction of Fire Station No. 2 and a new fire administration building is granted subject to conditions listed. INTRODUCTION The City of Everett, 3200 Cedar Street, Everett, Washington, 98201, (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for construction of Fire Station No. 2 and a new fire administration building on property located east of Ruckar Avenue and south of 36th Street in Everett, Washington. In addition to the buildings, parking will be developed on -site and two underground 1,000 gallon fuel tanks will be Installed. A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing Examiner on December 19, 1989.
