Plans must be submitted to the Building Department <br />and /or the Fire Department for review and approval for <br />both the underground fire main and the sprinkler system. <br />Hydrostatic test and flushing test are to be performed <br />with witness by the Fire Prevention Bureau. Contractors <br />material and test certificates for the underground <br />piping and sprinkler system must be completed and <br />submitted to the Fire Department. <br />13. <br />Fire safety practices during construction shall be in <br />compliance with article 87 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code,1988. <br />14. <br />A permit from the Fire Department is required for <br />1 <br />installation of underground storage tanks. <br />`� _� <br />
