There is debris and trash under the house. 4. All vital systems, plumbing, electri�al and heating have been destroyed. 5. Doors are open and windows broken making the structure avail- ab�� and hazardous to children playing in the area. There are signs of transients staying in the house. 6. Front porch and steps are rotted and deteriorated. 7. The premises are overgro�an with weeds and bushes. 8. The entire premises and structure are in a very dilapidated condition. The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current 6uildiny Code or shall be demolished. Since the bu �ding is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, it has been posted "111ega1 to Occupy" and it shall remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current auilding Code or demolished. If the owner elects to repair the building according to the Quilding Code all permits must be secured therefor and the work physically commenced within 30 days of the date of this Order. All such work must be completed in compliance with the Building Code within 90 days of the date of this Order. If the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits must be �ecured therefor within 60 days from the date of this Order. Such demolition must be completed within 90 days of the date of this Order. If the required repair or demolition work is not commenced within the ti;ae set forth in Paragraohs IV and V, the [3uilding Official will order the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause demolition of the structure and charae all costs thereof against the property or its owners. -2- �
