Such appeal must be in writing as is required by the <br />Uniform Nousing Code and filed with the Building Official within 30 <br />days from the date uf service of this Notice and Order. Failure to <br />appeal �aill constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative <br />hearing and determination of the matter. <br />On January 13, 1982 at 8:30 a.m. _ <br />the Building Official will submit a resolution to the Everett City <br />Council, City Hall, Everett, Washington, if Paragraphs IV or V of <br />Lhis Notice and Order are not complied with. <br />t��_ <br />DATED this ��.
