WA 98206 <br />hereinafter referred to as ""q-plicant," for a variance from Section 18 of the <br />Use Standards Table Special Regulation #6 of the City's Zoning Code <br />which requires the vehicle holding lane for a drive-thru be located a <br />minimum of 100 feet from residentially zoned properties.
