The Ordinance states that whenever a building permit <br />is issued for a project, which exceeds fifty percent sof the current <br />alley wayt value <br />of any adjoining the <br />existing building or facility on the property, for you to <br />property must be improved to city standards. Therefore <br />, it will be necessary <br />hire an engineer to design, and a contractor to install improvements to 38tb Street and <br />pave the alleyway.
