apartment "B" supplies all three units. She didn't know what she was going tu do after <br />the tenants of unit "B" moved <br />out and the place set vacant. They said they would leave her a key. <br />As I sat in my car which I parked in front of the three car garage doors, I noticed that <br />the garage doors had been sealed off:nd painted. It was obvious thatthe doors were <br />inoperable. At that dme, I realized that Gtie third apartment was behind those three <br />garage daors. <br />Upon returning to the office I researched records on this address and did not see any <br />permits for this residence to be converted into a duplex or a triplex. <br />The reverse directory, 1990 edition, shows one residence at this addres�. The 1991 <br />edition has three residences tisted. According to city records two of the dwellings are <br />illegal. For obvious reasons, unit "B" is dangerous and there is a possibility that the <br />third unit may be considered dangemus because of inadequate emergency exiung and <br />electrical prohlems. <br />
